About KEC

My name is Jack Kayser. I have been working in the professional esports arena since 2016 and am currently engaged with Team Vitality as an analyst and scout. My roles have varied but have included talent identification, recruitment, and analyzing strengths and weaknesses of opposition and team.

A primary goal of Kayys Esports Consulting is to guide and assist talented players to continue persuing competitive gaming while also securing an education. The current Esports landscape, especially in America, does not support a smooth transition in or out of Esports. KEC offers a standardized talent identification process that is well regarded by both professional and collegiate organizations.

  • In-depth inward scouting report on one’s own teams strengths, weaknesses, and tendencies with recommendations

  • Individual Player Analysis Reports on all players with explanations on how to mitigate

  • International Scouting reports for MSI and Worlds
